Recently purchased this with the intention of restoring it and using it as a first car, however due to other commitments I can't dedicate the time to it.
She's a 1972 Early Bay T2 panel van conversion, with what seems to be an older restoration. It's more of a "weekend camper" just sporting a rock and roll bed, (with seat belts) in the back so it's still a very functional van!
The bodywork appears to be solid underneath, with a few scabby bits around the windows and bumpers, nothing too nasty though, the engine starts and runs brakes work as they should.
Does have a few niggles though, mainly in the form of some of the electrics not functioning as they should, headlights, indicators and rear lights work. Currently the horn and windscreen wipers do not. It could be a simple fix but I'd rather be completely honest!
As I've said I'm open to offers/ swaps/ PX on anything pre 1985 really, cash either way so throw an offer at me!
Thanks for looking!It's honestly a great easy running project for someone, do it up as you drive it! It gets so much attention just being parked on my drive, it needs to go to someone who knows what they're doing and can give it the love it deserves!
