This White badged Jaguar XKR 4. 2s according to the chassis number was the 45th last one to come off the production line in May 2005 but was not sold until June 2006. I have copied the following about the very rare white badge 4. 2s cars:
In Europe the 4. 2-S was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show on 1 March 2005. This was the last XK to be rolled out that was based upon the original 1996 design. Features for the 4. 2-S included new exterior and interior colours and two distinct veneer options for the instrument panel, polished door treadplates with chequered-flag emblems and embossed, leather-edged floor mats. The revised white Jaguar badge on the bonnet also feature chequered accents. New unique 20-inch split rim BBS Perseus performance wheels plus cross-drilled Brembo brake discs, red wheel badges and red brake callipers were also fitted. The S gains firmer springs, dampers and anti-roll bars, steering is 10% quicker and the ride height has been lowered by 10mm. The electronic speed limiter was removed to enable the car to reach a top speed of 280 km/ h (174 mph). Production was limited to only 200 cars.
My car has the carbon interior and is the midnight black colour , the sat nav has been upgrade with a Garmin sat nav and reversing camera, it has ben Dinitrol treated, the Sepang wheels have been refurbished, recent Mot May 2025, last service August 2025 at 78, 440 miles. Pressure relief valve fitted on the hood hydraulics to avoid any hydraulic over pressure that can result in fluid been sprayed all over the interior. Good tyres, after market exhaust releasing the great V8 sound. My insurance company has guaranteed a value of 18, 000 , if an insurance company after assessment give it a guaranteed value it shows how good it is ( see letter ) , this car is very collectable been one of the last great looking Jags , if it doesn't sell I wont be upset.
The car now benefits from the following having just spent on the 14/ 08/ 2025 2, 660 pounds , full service oil and filters and health check , new alternator and belt, new front upper suspension arm bushes with power flex kit poly bush, new supercharger pulley with tensioner and new belts , Full gearbox oil change and new filter pan , re-gas the Air con so nice and cool , new steering track rod gaiters on both sides and new windscreen wiper blades to cross off the MOT advisories , four wheel alignment , I have photographed the invoice. Offers considered but this is one of the last 200 made.
Vehicle registered: 19/ 06/ 2006This is my third XKR and second 4. 2s convertible. I bought this car in May 2025 for £18, 000 from a private seller and used it through the summer . I then spent a further £2, 660 ticking off the MOT advisory points by putting on new track rod end gaiters on both sides and new windscreen wipers . I then had it fully serviced with new oil and filters to keep the FSH up to date , I had the gearbox oil and filter changed at the same time so that wont need doing for another 50, 000 miles , it then had a new alternator on with new belt as the old one was intermittent , its had a new super charger pulley with new belts all round , the health check picked up that it could do with new bushes on front suspension so got both sides done while at it with a power flex kit poly bush , all parts are genuine Jaguar parts as per the invoice shown in the photos . I am only selling as I don't really have proper storage over winter so will make a loss at £18, 750 as its cost me so far £20, 660 so its your gain. The car has a Full service History , a huge amount of documented history , drivers handbook , two keys with fobs , all the security codes , ( see pictures ) . I am including some books on the car as seen in the pictures , they say XK8 but they cover the XKR as well which was an upgraded version of the XK8 . If there are any questions please ask. Ray
