Spares or repair, I’ve spent an absolute fortune on this and now don’t have the time to complete, this will need the ecu refurbishing and welding to the sunroof area and bottom of the windscreens to finish off.
I have had the floor welded and has been Shultz all underneath, the wheels have been refurbished with new Yokohama tyres, the engine has been fully serviced with fresh oil and filter, new plugs, crank sensor, new antifreeze, fuel tank replaced, new fuel pumps and a new battery, I have two sets of keys with new battery’s in, no history but all the receipts I have spent.
It does run and drive but starts to run rough and not idle and eventually stalls? I have traced this to the ecu which has got damp due to the rust around the sunroof area, but it will run to load onto a trailer etc.
The rear arch in the passenger side will need sorting and you have to wiggle the gearstick about to start it, I think the micro switch probably just needs cleaning.
All the interior is out of the car for the welding, the drivers seat is in for moving, it has cream leather with just a small wear hole in the drivers bolster.
I really need this gone now as I do not have the time to finish it, it will make a lovely car once it’s finished being low mileage.
