With only 5 owners from new, 2 keys, and showing 92, 277 miles, this iconic 90s performance coupe is becoming increasingly sought after.
The Calibra Turbo 4x4 was introduced in 1992 and is admired today for its sleek, timeless styling and its formidable performance. Powered by a 2. 0-litre C20LET turbocharged engine producing 204 bhp, it delivered a rapid 0–62 mph in 6. 4 seconds, coupled with all-wheel-drive traction. Period road tests often praised its straight-line pace but critiqued its numb steering and understeer on tighter roads—making it a fascinating piece of Vauxhall’s performance-car history.
Mechanically, the Calibra Turbo shares much with the Cavalier but benefits from independent rear suspension, and remains relatively straightforward and affordable to maintain as a classic.
This example was purchased as a project, but with a new project now taking priority, it is being offered for someone else to restore to its full glory. It requires a new fuel pump, but otherwise presents as a solid and complete restoration base.

The Vauxhall Calibra Turbo 4x4 was a high-performance version of the Calibra, produced from 1992 with a turbocharged 2. 0L 16v "red top" engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. It produced 201bhp, could go from (0-60) mph in around 6. 4 seconds, and had a top speed of 152 mph. The car is known for its sleek 1990s styling, all-wheel drive, and performance, although it is now a rare and sought-after modern classic.
