Well looked after with a binder full of history and invoices (going back to day 1), all books, keys etc.
The interior is excellent, only a few dots missing on display, leather in fine condition, no rips or holes, very little wear on driver seat bolster, original mats & carpets.
The car was in a practical classics feature (mag included) which included fitting a new fuel tank, rear suspension and corrosion treatment, for a European road trip that was in the next issue.
In the last year it has had a new radiator, cam cover gaskets, major service + more, in excess of £2000 has been spent in a year to get it to a great standard. It has a few marks and dings, but general condition is excellent.
£5500 Ono.
- details above’s from a good era for BMW, one of the best looking BMWs and large(ish) 4 door saloons around, a classic in the making, with a nice smooth V8, comfortable ride, great seats, it’s a real mile muncher.
This one has great history, nice colour and has been well looked after, but a resident parking scheme means it has to go!
