Vauxhall Chevette L Saloon in 2 tone Gold and Brown.
Car has been owned by me for the last 15 years and has been sat in the garage for a couple of years.
Car does run and drive ok, Had it out 31st January 2026, went through brakes and took it for a spin and can report all ok, extra pictures added and can send video's of interior and exterior with engine running by request.
Overall condition is pretty good. The interior is in excellent condition and shows no signs of wear.
Some corrosion to the lower front panel in the corners and on the wheel arches where they normally go. Solid car, no corrosion in the engine bay, boot area, sills or floor pans. Car is structurally sound, no welding required.
Car is completely original apart from accuspark electronic ignition and a full Janspeed exhaust fitted some years ago. Also new shocks and springs all round were fitted around 10 years ago.
Mechanically this car is sound, just some light restoration work required.
Paint is original and shows its honest condition.
Registered as Heritage on V5 meaning Tax and MOT exempt.
Some history with MOTs dating back to 2007 with consistent mileage.
I am selling as its not being used or enjoyed as I originally intended. As an ex mechanic I was looking for something that is more of a rolling resto but time and family commitments have got in the way and I would like to purchase something else slightly more of a modern classic.
