Honda CX500 Trike (JZR) ( 5 speed not 6 ) Rarely available - this is a JZR built trike probably why it drives so great - I bought this trike a few weeks back because I just fell in love with it (because of my love for 3 wheeler Morgans ). I have a disability and had this mad idea that I’d be okay with it but this is not the case; I just can’t get in and out of it so sadly it’s got to be sold. The previous owner went completely though this trike and anything that was needed was done - his work is just superb; I don’t know how many hours went into this but it must have been a lot and stood him in £10, 000+. This is probably one of the nicest JZR Trikes around, the paint/ the interior/ the underside is as good as the body / stainless brake lines/ rebuilt callipers/ Protec shocks/ new rear wheel bearings / new gear change joints / Rare Alloy Top Panels (most are fibreglass and a stunning alloy dash. Because of my disability I have changed the clutch to hand control but I could put it back to the pedal clutch if wanted - to be honest it gives you so much more room for your feet even an able-bodied person may prefer it like this. The trike drives fantastically well - if you are looking for a classic trike you probably won’t find better in this price range. I have priced it for less than it has cost me - just trying to get some of my money back for the trike, The photos don’t do it justice - I have described the trike to the best of my ability but owing to the age it is sold as seen. it is registered as historic and is Tax exempt. Please note it’s a 5 speed for some reason says 6 speed and I can’t change
Also it does not have reverse gear - can be retro fitted - having said that they are very light to push

Last photo shows V5 Registered as historic Trike and is Tax free but with new mot regs about mots - it is down to how you read them and who you listen to but claiming mot exemption is probably not acceptable now
