Nothing unexpected for a 20‑year‑old Aston that has been used rather than stored.
• unique colour combination, at least never seen in the numerous Aston events and DB7 anniversaries.

Reason for Sale
Relocating abroad — otherwise I would keep it.
. Owning this DB7 has always been about its timeless elegance — the kind of design Ian Callum is celebrated for. It’s a shape that never shouts, never tries too hard, and yet turns heads everywhere. Jeremy Clarkson once called the DB7 “the most beautiful car ever made,” and living with it, you understand exactly why.
I grew up with classic English TV and films — James Bond, The Persuaders, The Saint, The Avengers — and the DB7 captures that same understated British cool. It isn’t flamboyant; it’s confident, refined, and beautifully proportioned.
I bought this particular car because the Solent Silver with its subtle blue hue and the blue leather / greige Alcantara interior created a combination I had never seen before, even at Aston events and DB7 anniversaries. It stands out quietly, which is exactly what I loved about it.
On the road, it’s everything a V12 Aston should be: smooth, effortless, with a beautiful, cultured sound from the genuine sport exhaust. The automatic gearbox makes it perfect for city driving, while the Touchtronic mode brings it alive on countryside roads.
The 2+2 layout has been surprisingly practical — ideal for short trips with a young family, and even my grown‑up sons still fit comfortably for a quick drive. It’s a GT in the truest sense.
And throughout my ownership, I’ve always treated it with mechanical sympathy: the engine is always warmed gently, even for the shortest commute. It’s been my only car, used regularly, never stored and forgotten, and cared for accordingly.
