Description
This Morgan has been part of our family collection for 14 years but now it is time to pass it on the next person. Always dry-stored in a humidity-controlled garage.
Mechanicals & Drive
It runs the classic Ford Crossflow engine and is driving excellently. Even though we’ve only covered about 2, 000 miles in the last decade, we have made a point of starting and driving it every month or two to keep everything moving and avoid the usual issues that come with sitting idle.
I’ve just had a full, top-to-bottom service completed at a cost of £1, 700 by the very reputable Taylor Automotive and is thus ready to go for the summer. The chassis has just been checked over and is solid without any rust issues, and I’ve kept the battery conditioned so it's always ready to turn over.
Interior & Body
The interior has been treated to a lovely retrim in Mulberry leather, which looks fantastic against the blue paintwork. You'll notice a specially commissioned roll cage in the photos; I personally like the rigidity it adds, but if it’s not for you, it’s designed to be easily removed to return the car to its original silhouette.
History
The car comes with a huge folder of past bills and receipts—it’s a very well-documented 4/ 4.
This is a great, honest car that’s ready to be used immediately. I’m an enthusiast and more than happy to chat through the car’s history or show you around it. Please get in touch if you have any questions or want to come and take a look. My father originally bought this car, and it has been a fixture in our family collection for 14 years, exceptionally usable and ready for the next person to enjoy.
