1983 Series 3 109 High Capacity Pick Up
I purchased this vehicle three years ago from Martin Hughes who is the admin for the 109 S3 High Capacity FB Group he owned the vehicle from 2016.
He rebuilt it fitting the following during his ownership
New Galvanized chassis
Bulkhead / footwells lightly re furbished
Overhauled axles.
Overhauled springs
Overhauled Brakes.
New Prop Shafts
New Genuine swivels and gaiters
New Stainless Steel exhaust system
5 Avon Range Masters.
Chassis is obviously rot free and the bulkhead is in good condition.
Engine wise it was fitted with a new clutch and an as new Fairey Overdrive
The Cylinder Head has been skimmed and a Webber Carb and Electronic Ignition fitted. It runs like a Swiss watch.
This is a good strong working vehicle, if you want something for polishing and you enjoy looking at panel gaps this is probably best not bothering with.
If you want something that can be used every day, relied upon and is Sub zero cool this is for you.
TAX MOT and ULEZ Exempt
To pick on negatives, reverse is noisy, but has been for over 15 years and works fine.

Parabolic Springs
Old Man Emu Shocks
Gwyn Lewis HD Steering
Delphi Ball joints
New Brake Servo,
Delphi Brake Drums
brake shoes and wheel cylinders all round.
Truck will come with standard wheels / tyres as well as the ones currently fitted
I have got 2 x colour matched ‘straight’ front wings, a new set of trims for the rear tub, 12 cans of colour matched Raptor bed liner and other miscellaneous bits that will be included with the sale.
