1982 vw golf gti, imported by a main agent in 83, good sills and floors full stainless exhaust, refurbed wheels with great tyres, new injection system, recent suspension, lots of bills to prove, it was driven from the isle of white and then parked up for a year, starts and drives well, stops and steers great, wont tick over when warm so suggest a tune and fresh fuel, few dashboard gremlins, oil, water gauges ect. was restored in 04, and now showing its age, few minor blisters here and there, personally i would repaint it back to its original white, interior was redone in a custom vinyl, all in all a great start to either tune up and use as it is or a nice straight forward resto to put back to original, will need trailering away.
