Condition
Considering its age, the vehicle is in remarkably good and largely original condition.
Of particular note is the minimal presence of rust; there is virtually no significant rust visible on the exterior bodywork. Such well-preserved bodywork is rarely found today on Australian vehicles of this vintage.
The Holden was driven about five years ago and subsequently stored in a dry garage; it has not been driven regularly since then.
The car does not currently start and is therefore explicitly sold as non-running.
As the vehicle was driven prior to its extended period of storage, a technical inspection or recommissioning process will likely be required. No guarantees are made regarding the cause or extent of any necessary work. Documentation / History
Extensive documentation accompanies the vehicle, including:
German vehicle registration document (Fahrzeugschein / Zulassungsbescheinigung)
Records regarding its previous German registration
TÜV inspection report
Customs clearance certificate from the Kiel customs office
Other available vehicle records
Thus, the vehicle was not merely imported; it had already been officially registered in Germany and was classified there as a historic vehicle (classic car).
Vehicle Highlights
The Holden Kingswood is one of the classic Australian mass-production vehicles of the Holden era and is extremely rare in Germany.

What makes this Holden Kingswood special to me is its exceptional originality and rarity. The 1969 HT Kingswood with the 253 V8 engine is a very rare find in Europe. I particularly love its classic Australian styling—featuring a long hood and plenty of chrome—along with the beautiful color combination of turquoise paint, a white roof, and a matching blue interior.
The car was previously registered as a classic vehicle in Germany between 2018 and 2021. Having sat idle for some time, it is currently not roadworthy and is being offered explicitly in this condition. Yet, for me, that is precisely where its appeal lies: it is not a dismantled restoration project, but a largely complete classic with a solid foundation that the next owner can get back on the road.
What I like most is that owning this car means having something unique—a vehicle you are unlikely to see another of, even at classic car meets. A Holden Kingswood HT V8 is a true rarity in Germany, and that is exactly what makes it special to me.
