2003 Porsche 911 (996) C4S Cabriolet - 88000 Miles - Full Service History
A genuine very well-maintained Porsche 996 Carrera 4 S Manual, in Basalt Black with Graphite grey leather Interior. A member of PCGB for yrs and other Porsche groups, car is well known at events in the South East.
Been in my ownership for almost 8yrs and had 7 previous owners.
Have removed the Private plate (PS03MEX) back to the original plate, that will be sold with KE53NUJ.
As you see from the list, it has wanted to nothing and is a very sorted car, serviced every year, including annual oil change, as you know with these M96 engines is very important.
Always warmed up before driving and cooled down. I have owned 3 M96 engined cars, so know how to look after them and alleviate as much as possible the known engine issues around IMS/ RMS and Bore scoring.
Have spent many thousands of pounds to maintain the car in the way it should be, excess of £20K spent in my ownership, which hugely outweighs the return on investment, but what these cars deserve.
The car is in very good overall condition and drives incredibly well, corners on rails.
Imperfections:
Where the hard top has rubbed on the clamshell, had this polished out last year but still shows small mark.
Couple of chips on the bonnet, polished out last year, but visible up close.
The rear of the hardback seats are a little scratched, the rubber from factory is prone to scratches, passenger side has been wrapped, drivers side not.
Reason for selling, which was a long and hard decision as this was my forever car, hence expenditure, but have recently enjoyed driving other Porsche models so want to experiment.
Would prefer it to go to an enthusiast of the brand and someone that will look after it the way it deserves. Please no time wasters as it will not go for silly money.
