This is the very first model to adopt the famous "tail fins", those rear fins inspired by aviation that would become the brand's visual signature for decades to come. Equipped with the so-called “horseshoe” gauge, this Cadillac has just received a special body treatment delivering an unparalleled finish.
The victorious V8 of this Cadillac participated in the war effort by being tested on the battlefields in M-5 tanks during World War II.
Exterior condition
The metallic blue paintwork presents a very beautiful finish recently polished and buffed, accompanied by a ceramic protection coating. The panel alignment is perfect, and the chrome shines in the sun. The navy blue canvas soft top folds away easily. Finally, the chrome spoke wheels, mounted on whitewall tyres, add all the character to this car.
Interior condition
The interior has been completely restored with respect for the original. Every detail, from the steering wheel to the gear lever, contributes to a luxurious, warm and typically American ambiance.
Mechanical condition
All the mechanicals are in impeccable condition. The V8 engine has been completely rebuilt, as has the Hydra-Matic transmission. The car starts at the touch of a button, offers excellent low‑end flexibility. It is ready to cover long distances, with no costs to anticipate.
