Bicester Drive It Day Scramble – Gallery

The sun was out, the venue was set and as such, 2022’s ‘Drive It Day’ Scramble was always destined to be a huge success. We could have set up camp on a local roundabout in hopes of catching an passing classics being driven on the day that celebrates driving, but that would have been boring. So instead, we went to Bicester Heritage, where thousands of classics were set to gather in a glorious, eclectic celebration of all things automotive. 

Super cars, rally cars, race cars, pre and post war cars, classics, modern classics, show cars, projects, it was all here. A spectacular gathering that was sure to rev up the engine of anyone with an interest in cars. Another brilliant day, it was food for the soul. A reminder that in these times of increasing pressure about electric this and zero emission that, there is still a strong contingent of people embracing classics – and is it not better to recycle and reuse than buy new?  Of course it is.
