Why it’s special
The Fiat Dino Coupé is one of the most alluring grand tourers from the late 1960s. It combines Bertone’s elegant, sculpted bodywork with a V6 engine developed by Ferrari—a unit originally created so that Maranello could homologate it for competition in Formula 2.
The result is a refined model that blends performance, comfort and elegance, with a distinctive profile featuring flowing lines and no central pillars.
Over time, the Fiat Dino has become a highly sought-after car with collectors. Its limited production continues to this day to fuel its appeal among classic car enthusiasts.
This 1969 example, presented in a red shade paired with a black leather interior, has benefited from a substantial programme of mechanical reconditioning. The seller states that the car is in excellent mechanical condition and ready to hit the road with its next owner.

✓ The seller is registered as a private seller, meaning that consumer rights arising from European consumer protection legislation do not apply. However, you are still covered by Car & Classic’s general terms and conditions.
✓ We require that non-refundable fees are paid if you are the successful bidder at the auction or if your offer is accepted. Please refer to our FAQs and general terms and conditions for the specific fee rates.
✓ This vehicle is sold “as is”, on a “take it or leave it, where it is” basis and with no warranty. The photos and descriptions are provided for guidance only, and it’s standard practice to arrange a full inspection of the vehicle prior to purchase for your own peace of mind.
✓ VAT is included in the buyer’s deposit. VAT may or may not be included in the final bid or submission price, as specified in the listing.
✓ We want to make sure the transaction runs smoothly, just as you do, which is why UK-registered cars and motorcycles listed on Car & Classic are subject to an HPI check to verify that they do not show any basic insurance database markers for damage or theft, and that they do not have a financial charge against them, allowing you to bid with confidence.
✓ We also check whether vehicles are recorded as being written off following a total loss claim at the time the listing is placed on Car & Classic and we provide write-off category labels (Cat C/D/S/N) to help you. However, the presence or absence of a label does not guarantee the vehicle’s status, and it’s still useful to carry out a full vehicle history check before making an offer on it.
✓ Buyers are responsible for collection or delivery of the vehicle. Importing vehicles may involve additional customs duties and import taxes. If you’d like, we can recommend a third-party transport company that can help. For more details and to speak with the team, email auctions@carandclassic.com.
