The Appeal
Amongst the most evocative rally liveries is that of Alitalia, as their distinctive red and green stripes have graced incredible machines ranging from the Lancia Stratos to the Fiat 131 Abarth. No historic rally team is complete without a period-correct support vehicle, and that’s where this freshly restored Fiat 238 comes in.
Subject to a great deal of work mechanically, structurally and cosmetically, this high-topped van has been refinished in the Alitalia and would be the perfect accompaniment to classic rally cars from the ‘70s, ‘80s or ‘90s. Having attended several historic events including the Automotoretro di Torino and Miki Biasion's 2023 Rally Meeting, this van has proved a welcome addition to proceedings and will surely be great fun to own.
