The Appeal
Before Jaguar introduced a conventional convertible version of the XJ-S, it produced a Targa-topped XJ-S-C, much like the Porsche 911 Targas of the era. The unique roof arrangement allows for three distinct configurations to suit different driving conditions: convertible, Targa, or coupé.
Having been in the current ownership for a decade, this 1985 example has benefited from regular maintenance and thoughtful upgrades that enhance both performance and handling. With its host of mechanical improvements, this rare XJ-S variant has a great deal to offer.
