In the 1950s, Ferruccio Lamborghini and Gianni Agnelli had an idea in common: they wanted to offer the rural Italian population the chance to work and move freely, both in the fields and on the narrow, bumpy country roads. In the 1980s, Fiat decided to offer a vehicle capable of meeting both needs.
