The Appeal
The 4200 GT took the appealing 3200GT template and made it better. That meant the sleek Giugiaro design and luxurious hand-crafted trim were mixed with a bigger and more powerful version of the Ferrari-built F136 engine.
This is an early Spyder with the versatile CambioCorsa automatic gearbox. It is a low mileage example that has been fastidiously maintained by Maserati main dealers from new. There is a continuous run of 17 stamps showing attention irrespective of the sparing use. There have been just three keepers over its 22 years.
Sold with a long MOT expiry date to 22 June 2026 with no advisories showing 46480 -with no advisories and finished in appealing dark blue metallic over cream leather, this is a well-maintained and cared for example of a comfortable and capable GT.
