The Roadster was the successor to the long-lived Plus 8. In place of the venerable Rover V8 came Ford’s 225bhp Duratec V6, a lighter and much more modern engine that makes these later cars considerable improvements over their predecessors. 

This 2007 car is painted in fetching Mauritius Blue with cream leather and remained with its first keeper until late 2025. The mileage is just 48,000 miles, which likely explains the high state of preservation. Even high traffic areas such as the driver’s seat bolster and footwell continue to present well. 

The car has been regularly serviced throughout its life, often returning to the same specialist for work at the same time each year, irrespective of how many miles it had covered. The last service was at 47,000 miles in 2020 - it has covered little over 1,000 miles since. The MOT runs to November 2026.
