The original service booklet is present with services logged at 3k, 8k, 12k, 18k, 22k, 23k, 27k, all carried out by the supplying M-B main dealer. A further service was carried out on 29th October 2018 at 27, 637 miles. This was a major service and the invoice is on file showing the total cost was just over £2, 000. A very rare limited edition model produced to celebrate the victory of Sir Stirling Moss in the 1955 Millie Miglia at the wheel of the Mercedes 300SLR. Comes complete with all original handbooks, tool kit, first aid kit and spare keys. A better example would be extremely difficult to find and offered here in the infinitely more desirable 5. 0 V8 SL500 configuration.
