The Appeal
Affectionately dubbed the ‘Cossie’ by fast Ford enthusiasts, the Sierra RS Cosworth earned a reputation for its ludicrous attainable performance - a real supercar killer in its day.
This 1989 example would even give today’s supercars a run for their money thanks to a 450 bhp engine built by PJ Motorsport (currently not running). This was a great example to start with, having covered just 52,000 miles, but it has since been subject to comprehensive restoration work and extensive modification.
Besides the engine, the combination of Koni suspension, AP racing brakes, and a fully refurbished drivetrain ensures that this Cosworth not only goes well in a straight line, but performs beautifully in the corners too. The History and Paperwork
