THE MERCEDES Benz W123 240 TD (Touring diesel estate) is a difficult enough beast to come across at the best of times. But to find this one, with just 111, 000 miles on the clock (Yes, we all know they go on forever with galactic miles) has to be a mega rare discovery. That's a little over 2, 500 miles per year!
Clearly off the road for some time, the old girl was re-commissioned in 2017 at a cost of more than £3, 000. Receipts from the Mercedes specialist who did the work are included in the car's history file.
A really pretty and solid example in attractive China Blue, she is a 5-speed manual 7-seater model featuring head rests, chrome roof rails and of course that fold down rear facing seats.
On the key and ready to go. Such a "long legged" and versatile piece of Mercedes kit when these W123 models were rightly acclaimed as being the best ever engineered Mercedes.
