Superb in red with beige interior, restored and rebuilt in 2016 by Castle Bodyworks, Fareham, the quality and extent of the work is plain to see but no documentation exists – price would be much higher if it did. At the time the odometer read 49, 859, this was reset for the MOT and it has done only 436 miles since. Paintwork is excellent, underside is immaculate, chrome including the wire wheels are to the same standard. The interior was also refurbished. It starts easily and drives as it should, feeling tight and lively with working overdrive, is fitted with Kenlowe fan, brakes servo and battery relocated to bonnet. Comes with a handbook and workshop manuals, other MG books, a few spares and some recent history. Probably better than when it came out of the factory, must be viewed.
