Rare original Piaggio Vespa with sidecar manufactured in Bristol
The current owner purchased the vehicle in 2010
Restoration undertaken in the current owner's ownership
The paintwork was done by Steve Robertson of Taunton
The scooter was restored to try to match the original factory colour 'baby blue'
The original pinstripe has also been replicated
The screen was removed during the restoration and has not been refitted since
The original 125 cc engine has been maintained by SRP Racetech, specialist Vespa and Lambretta mechanic of Bridgwater
It has been used occasionally through the year to drive through Taunton with characters such as Father Christmas, an Elf or Harry Potter
Sidecar has a storage compartment behind the seat
