The Lotus Evora 400 was launched in 2016 and was an instant success. Providing a well-received refresh from the earlier Evora S the Evora 400 as per the title was tuned to a staggering 400BHP at 7, 000rpm. This extra power was achieved by increasing the supercharger pressure and adding a charge cooler to keep the intake temperatures down.
The upgrades went further than just the engine, with the chassis being tweaked for greater performance and the exterior and interior being re-designed with a clear increase in quality and fitment.
The Evora 400 also comes in lighter than the earlier cars at just 1, 395kg. The downforce of the car was increased to an amazing 32kg of downforce at the top speed of 150MPH! At its time of release the 400 was the most powerful production Lotus ever made.
With four driving modes available (Drive, Sport, Race and All Off) the Evora 400 can be enjoyed with varying levels of response and grip.
This particular Evora has just 17, 000 miles on the clock from new and has been looked after incredibly well during this time. Rolling off the production line in 2016 this car was sold brand new by Hilton & Moss. We have since maintained the car thoroughly every year. A detailed service history is present with this car all completed by us apart from the most recent which was carried out at a respected main dealership. The car has just three careful owners from new, all of which are known well by Hilton & Moss.
This particular Evora 400 is finished in Metallic Grey with gloss black alloy wheels. The bodywork and wheels are unmarked and present as you would expect with a low mileage, well looked after vehicle. Most importantly this Lotus Evora is finished in 2+2 configuration with a striking red leather interior and Sparco bucket seats.
