I'm moving home in September and will be losing my garaging, so I'm having to sell some of my cars.
This is a very good example of a restored 1963 Trojan 200, built in Croydon, with the usual front opening door and engine/ gearbox at the back. The car was MOT'd and taxed up to April 2010, but has not been used since then. It has a V5 in my name/ address, showing the number EBW 534A, and chassis number SY8989. It's complete with a spare wheel, electric windscreen washers, and all lights/ horn work. The sunroof is very good, as is the paint/ bodywork, with no rust or scrapes. The upholstery looks new.
The clutch will need some attention, as the operating arm on the gearbox side is 'floppy'. I have been advised that the fix is simple and parts are avialable via the Club. I also have some spares that will probably provide the original parts needed.
Prices of bubble cars have shot up recently, and at 80+mpg, they are a economical choice. Spare parts availability is good through the Heinkel/ Trojan Club, and they are simple to work on.
