For sale 1953 Excelsior Consort 98cc two speed. The Excelsior had an engine rebuild a few years ago, by Villiers Services, at considerable expense, and also had both wheels rebuilt. Receipts are present for all of the work carried out on the Excelsior. As well as a current V5C registration document, and an original parts book is also present. The Excelsior hasn’t been used on the road for a while, but it is a runner, and the electrics work. The paintwork is presentable, and the petrol tank has been professionally painted. We do have a video of the Excelsior running, should any interested parties wish to see it.
