The ‘Cavallino Rampante’ has forever been associated with Enzo Ferrari’s iconic cars. But its history goes back much further to the 17th century as the totem for the 2nd Piemonte Cavalleria regiment. 

The Ferrari connection is down to Italian fighting ace Francesco Baracca who adopted it for his aeroplanes as a symbol of luck. When Enzo went racing his family suggested he use it too to also bring him luck, and a legend began. 

Here is a chance to tap into that history and also the luck of that illustrious prancing horse. Carefully wrought in metal to a very high standard - you can even see the muscles on the horse - this is a quality item. The vendor acquired it from a Ferrari collection in 2018.
