The 500 gave many Italians the possibility and freedom to travel independently on four wheels for the first time; it was an inimitable masterpiece of engineering and design like the Mini and the Volkswagen Beetle.
This 1969 example underwent extensive restoration and has been garage-kept ever since. It was equipped with a more powerful 650 cm³ engine, allowing it to offer far superior performance.
