The Appeal

The Triumph Stag is undeniably one of the UK's most legendary classics. Its Michelotti-penned lines, removable Targa roof panel, and characterful 3.0-litre V8 make for an evolution of the British sports car like no other: powerful, elegant, and undeniably hot property.

Registered in Italy and certified to ASI Targa Oro standard - the highest level awarded by the Automotoclub Storico Italiano - this Stag has benefited from extensive mechanical and cosmetic renewal. The V8 has been completely rebuilt, and an aluminium radiator has been fitted to further improve cooling, while the carburettors and braking system have also been overhauled.

The cabin has been retrimmed in a style consistent with the original, and a Moto Lita wooden steering wheel has been added. With 74,000 miles recorded, the vendor states the car is in very good overall condition and ready to use without further work.
