The Appeal
The original Silver Shadow was firmly aimed at ‘owner drivers,’ but it was the revised ‘II’ that really made the experience of sitting up front rewarding. These later cars got sharper rack and pinion steering, better handling and a more sophisticated and cossetting ride.

This very low mileage 1980 car, which has covered less than 37,500 miles in 45 years, is finished in a very appealing claret metallic over gold with a well-preserved cream leather cabin. It is all in very good order, as you might expect of such a sparingly used car.
The car is naturally exempt from MOT by age, but there is a useful recent MOT test from March 2024. It shows no advisories and the car has barely been used since. For those who like to arrive in style, this car will do exactly that.
