The most
From the late 1960s until the 1980s, the Italian convertible sports car market was dominated by two 'Spiders'. Both had bodywork designed and built by Pininfarina in Turin, and both had twin-cam engines, although in every other respect they were entirely different cars. We are talking, of course, about the Series 105/115 Alfa Romeo Spider and the Fiat 124.
It's not for us to decide which Spider was better, as both had great qualities, but it's worth noting that the Fiat was hugely successful in motorsport in rallies, hill climbs and on circuits. We are delighted to offer this example from the last years of production, equipped with a fuel-injected version of Lampredi's legendary 2.0-litre in-line twin-cam four-cylinder engine.
Resplendent in 'English Green', this is a very handsome example, and underneath the bodywork, its mechanics have received a great deal of attention in recent years. For those looking for an example in very good condition, and in perfect working order, you've come to the right place.
