As soon as you open the door you can tell how much fun this car will be, from the Mountney steering wheel to the deep bucket seats this is a car that has been built for one thing; pure driving pleasure.
The centre console switch board is chrome, the EBC gauges have chrome surrounds and they look fantastic against the cream leather. The seats hold you in place for those more exciting corners, but provide absolute comfort on the road.

The owner has given us the following list of parts and work carried out; 3.9l Rover V8 rebuilt four years ago with all new parts, Holley 390 Carburettor with an Offenhauser 360 manifold, Cobra air filter, rocker covers, ford radiator with Pacet fans, new alternator, LT 77 5-speed gearbox with hydraulic clutch, Bailey Morris propshaft, bespoke stainless twin pipe exhaust and manifold, facet fuel pump, fuel regulator, Mocal remote oil filter, engine bay fully lined with stainless steel and ford suspension and brakes
As can be seen in the images the engine bay and underside are in the same condition as the exterior and interior; excellent throughout.
With the invoices detailed above and the list of parts supplied by the owner we think you’d be hard pressed to find a Pilgrim Cobra to top this one. The custom twin pipe exhaust sounds gorgeous and the car runs perfectly.
The only issue the owners notes is a slight ticking noise from the engine that has been there for around six months and it doesn't affect performance.
This is a fantastic example of the Pilgrim Sumo Cobra, finished in what has to be the best colour and with the extensive upgrades it’s perfect for anyone looking for one of these fantastic cars.
With MOT until next April it’s ready for the road and just in time for summer.
