With its aluminium monocoque, Jaguar’s X350 XJs were an important development for the company and those fitted with V8 engines turned out to be really rather special.

The Interior
- Cream leather upholstery presents exceedingly well with very little wear and discolouration
- Only slight creasing visible on the driver’s seat bolsters as you would expect to see
- The rear seats look to have been hardly sat upon
- Highly figured veneers are a touch of luxury and they present really well
- Very little wear to any of the controls
- The instrumentation and switchgear reportedly works as it should
- Headlining is clean and correctly affixed throughout the cabin
- Hard wearing boot liner with space saver stowed beneath
- Overall, it’s hard to believe that this interior is now 18 years old
The Exterior
- Smart metallic green paintwork still holds a lustrous shine
- Small scratches and a few parking blemishes around the edges as one would expect
- Straight bodywork with good door shuts and panel fit
- The brightwork, glass and light lenses all present well
- Clean and tidy underneath with no corrosion reported
- Slight kerb rash and deterioration evident on the alloy wheels but they are quite presentable
