The Appeal
If classic Defenders are your thing, you’re likely to either be looking for a workhorse or your interests are more about its iconic style status. If the latter, then we expect you’ll be keen on this car. It is a bespoke style statement with expensive upgrades including a Chelsea Truck Company Wide Body kit, custom interior and Kahn upgrades.
The extensive overhaul was commissioned by Kahn/Chelsea truck company before the vendor purchased it. That wide-body kit was refinished in custom satin gunmetal grey metallic and accessorised with various tasty Kahn features, including the wheels, bonnet, and grille. The result is a bespoke Defender that stands out distinctly.
Inside, the customised individualising continues with an array of features from both Kahn and CTC including quilted high back sports seats.
Beyond the upgrades, this is a very low mileage Defender that has had just four keepers from new. It has been maintained carefully, the vendor reporting that the servicing has been kept up to date. Recent work has included a new oil pump and intercooler. It comes to market with MOT to August 2025.
