The Appeal

For those who like their classic Defenders with a healthy dose of style, strap in: we’ve got a treat for you.

Where to start? First off then, this late model Double Cab Pick Up left the showroom with over £3,000 of factory options. Finished in desirable Corris Grey metallic with black accents, it features upgraded alloys, part leather cabin with high back front seats, various KBX accessories, black roof and a Nero steering wheel. Shortly after registration, in 2016, it was treated to £3,200 of audio upgrades plus a quality Cat 2 immobiliser.

Then there is the mileage and maintenance. It has covered less than 24,000 miles in its 11 years, its trio of keepers clearly preserving it for high days and holidays. The result is a very well kept Defender that looks much younger than its years.

Despite the sparing use it has been regularly maintained. Recent work includes a service 1,500 miles ago, a rear brake kit and a front caliper kit. The lights have also been upgraded at considerable cost to JW Evo Carbon headlights and LED DRLs.

With its factory options, neat details and highly preserved, low mileage condition, this Defender is a treat. That it can accommodate up to five plus all types of luggage and paraphernalia in that big pick up, is a big draw too.

It comes to market with current MOT and looks ready for whatever winter throws at it.
