The Appeal
The Z32 300ZX was a firm reboot of the ‘Z’ car lineage that pushed Nissan’s twin-turbo coupe into supercar territory. It certainly had the looks to match and remains one of the era’s most memorable models.
These cars have a strong following, and modifying is part of the scene. This car fits in neatly because it features bodywork upgrades, most notably to the front, plus a host of upgrades that see it now running at 440bhp. Notable features include a £3,000 Veilside exhaust.
Finished in black rainbow metalflake metallic paintwork with a custom two-tone interior, it is perhaps no surprise to learn that this car featured at shows and in a magazine article. It has been in the UK since 2006 and has three previous keepers.
The engine has been replaced with a low-mileage (89,000 miles) unit by a 300ZX specialist. It was fully re-gasketed before fitting. Other recent work includes a cambelt change in 2023 when the engine was removed to also work on the loom. The car was serviced in April 2023 at 97,604 miles, less than 3,000 miles ago.
For added reassurance, there is a lengthy MOT to April 2026 with no advisories.
