The Appeal
The original Audi TT was a design and engineering masterstroke. Taking inspiration from the NSU TT it transferred from design showpiece to showrooms little changed. Along the way it was engineered onto the Golf Mk4 platform and equipped with the option of four wheel drive and VAG’s superb BAM 1.8litre engine offering up to 225bhp. Coupe and convertible versions gave eager customers an even wider choice.
This smart TT convertible is in the desirable 225bhp Quattro specification and distinctively finished in superb Brilliant Red paintwork. In good condition with evidence of careful ownership and investment, it is a very usable and entertaining daily driver or weekend play thing.
