Great runner and very reliable. Engine rebuilt (bill available) and chassis overhauled less than 1, 000 miles ago in 2013. Surflex clutch plates, new chains fitted and reconditioned magneto
The bike is registered as 1933 but the Owners Club confirm it to be late 1930. I've ridden the bike at Banbury several times. I've also completed the 100 mile West Kent run on several occasions all without incident.
Previously owned by Reg Ayres who wrote an article in Real Classic (available with bike).
Rear pillion seat and footrests come with bike.
The bike has a lovely patina and everything works as it should.
The underlying quality of Sunbeams built in this period shines through.
