1970 Jaguar E Type 4. 2 2+2 UK car. Signal Red with Black Leather interior. Date of manufacture 25. 11. 1969 and sold new by Trumans on the 20. 01. 1970. Superb condition throughout. This is a matching numbers original UK car that has been extensively restored over the years. We have photos of the various stages of the restoration being carried out as well as invoices and receipts. Exterior the paint and body have really stood the test of time and look pretty much as fresh as when the restoration was completed, interior is lovely with just that barely worn in look. Mechanically the car is very sound, engine starts right away and the oil pressure comes up to it's idle pressure immediately. The gearbox shifts as it should with no obvious wear on the synchros axle is also quiet, brakes and steering feel as they should. We have just put a fresh 12 months MoT on the car. Chrome Wire Wheels, full tool kit, all books and records. Locally owned for the past 35 years. Please call ahead of time as the car is not kept on site.
