One of only 80 MK2 Tourers, BL54MPE is a very rare car indeed and in excellent condition all round, lovingly maintained with no expense spared.
Distinguished from the 4 and 6 cylinder models, the 260 is rear wheel drive and fitted with a Ford 4. 6 litre 48, as used in the Ford Mustang GT, a Tremec 5 speed gearbox and Hydrak LSD. Bilstein dampers are fitted all round with two additional Bilstein dampers providing torque damping for the rear diff. Brake upgradesincluded as part of the MG chassis modifications included larger rear discs with AP Racing calipers. But externally only the 2 V8 badges and the quad exhaust pipes distinguish the car, at least until it is started.
