Bought new by a retired gentleman who retained his love of driving tours and track days, he had the car upgraded for track use in 2011 by Porsche works driver Nick Tandy’s JTR Racing, with the addition of a Heigo Clubsport half cage, 997 GT3 carbon-shelled bucket seats with 4 point harnesses, and upgraded KW suspension. He only sold the car in 2014, having realised at 80 years of age it was probably time to “hang up the helmet”. Good on you, sir.
We are currently preparing the car for sale, and have sourced a set of rare Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 1 tyres to complete the package.
