The Chevrolet Viking C60 was a ‘medium duty’ truck that was a common sight on US roads from its introduction in 1955. Stated to be originally from California, with a safety inspection sticker from North Carolina in its windscreen, this late-model, left-hand drive example has been converted to a mobile pizza truck, resulting in an eye-catching catering machine that is ready to catch the eyes and fill the stomachs of customers.
 
The truck features a green exterior with cream wheels, mirrors, headlight surrounds and front grille. The rear is currently sign-written. The vehicle was professionally converted by Triangle Motor Works of Winston-Salem in the USA, and now features a highly distinctive triangular body of corrugated panels. Beneath the swing-up side panel, which forms an awning, the rear bed contains a working wood-fired pizza oven, storage/preparation area and electric Samsung warming oven.
 
The cabin is equally characterful, with exposed metal dashboard and door inners, and a bench seat in vinyl and cloth – plus a fantastic view through the wraparound windscreen. The charming triangular instrument panel contains the speedometer and small gauges for water temperature, battery amps, oil temperature and fuel (‘gas’) level.
