The Appeal
In 1951, Syd Enever designed a streamlined body for George Philips' MG TD Le Mans. This work heralded the MGA, a roadster with aerodynamic lines that marked a departure from the upright styling of pre-war British models and opened a new chapter in MG's history.
This 1960 example features a white and red colour combination, paired with grey spoked wheels fitted with butterfly nuts. The car underwent a previous restoration, followed by numerous mechanical interventions, documented by invoices.
Authentic Expert carried out a pre-purchase inspection in 2024, before the car was acquired by its current owner in May of the same year. Registered in France with a Classic registration document, this MGA benefits from a recent history of work covering the engine, gearbox, steering and braking system.
