The Appeal
The Silver Shadow was an immensely important car for Rolls-Royce. Not only was it their first new model to use monocoque construction, the Silver Shadow was produced in greater numbers than any previous model, with over 30,000 sold worldwide by 1980.
This UK-supplied RHD Mk1 example dates from 1969, later making its way to the Netherlands and now registered in Germany since 2013. It has a valid TÜV inspection (for two years) and reportedly passed without any issues. The vendor has carried out a full exterior respray to rectify a few defects, but the Rolls remains in its original colour scheme throughout.
