The Appeal
The Volkswagen Beetle needs little introduction: the world’s best-selling ‘single-platform’ car in history with the longest-ever production run.
The seller states that they have owned this 1303 S for just over 20 years, and that it was resprayed, acquiring its bright yellow exterior colour, around 2014.
Inside, the interior features the original dashboard, with wood-effect trim. The high-backed black seats with white piping are Volkswagen units, says the seller. The stereo unit features retro-style knobs with an LED display and a USB slot. Red carpets and red door cards were fitted in 2022, states the seller. A handy chrome storage basket with cupholder rings sits ahead of the gear lever. The front boot is carpeted and features the original spare wheel.
The seller states the car has no mechanical issues of note and has been kept in a garage for most of its time in their ownership.
With its cheery colour scheme and tastefully updated interior, this example of the famous Beetle is sure to make every journey enjoyable.image.png1.61 MB
