If you think of a classic British sports car - nimble, top-down handling on a twisty B-road - chances are the MGB is exactly what comes to mind. It's an icon of endurance as equally as it is an icon of leisure - the little car that never quite lost its popularity. Even now, it's one of the most popular classics ever built.
This particular example is one of the last chrome bumper MGBs produced, registered on 01/11/1974, representing the end of an era before the transition to much-maligned 'American Style' rubber bumpers. It's a handsome example too, with a striking Harvest Gold livery and beautifully presented black cabin.
It's little wonder it's been well-looked after - this cherished little car has been in the current owner's possession since June 1996, coupled with professional maintenance by Tim Kelly MG Centre for nearly two decades. Factor in its impressive touring history and it's very clear this is a much-loved MGB that's ready and waiting for its new owner.
