The Appeal
The mid-engined Lancia Beta Montecarlo has long been admired for its sharp handling and distinctive Pininfarina styling. With racing pedigree and relatively light construction, it offers an engaging drive that remains highly appreciated among enthusiasts today.
This example in particular was purchased already restored in 2020, coming from a private collection sold in its entirety. The car retains its original interior, although restoration in this area was not completed and some wear is visible. Mechanically, the car benefits from an updated twin-choke carburettor replacing the original single-choke unit. While the car is running, it will require a tune-up before regular use.
The seller notes that it could provide an ideal base for a 037 conversion project.
